State activity awards forms are due to the Program Director Bill Mores by Feb 22nd.

Councils should submit a write up for their BEST SINGLE Activity in each of the six service areas.  This should be done using form.

They should also use this to submit a write up detailing their "Body of Work" in each of these areas.  This is a summary of all they accomplished in each service area.
Awards are presented for the best single activity and best overall body of work.  The best single activity award winners are then sent to Supreme to represent Alabama in the international competition.
Councils should also submit entries for the Youth, Knight and Family of the year.

Father McGivney - Founder of the Knights of Columbus

Each member of the 80 active councils currently making up our State Council is working toward achieving the goals that we have set for ourselves. Through effort, dedication, and determination, individually and collectively, we will continue to uphold the basics of Knighthood; charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism.

If you are not currently a member of the Knights and if you are at least 18 years of age and a male who is a practicing Catholic, please give serious consideration to joining our Great Order. You may contact us through this site and we will be happy to see that we connect with you to get you headed down the path to membership.
